Your Trailblazer Game Experience is a chance for you to discover, experiment, practice and refine your leadership in a "safe and brave" environment that will help you take action in the midst of those fears, foster your development as a Trailblazer, and change your world through your unique impact.
In this space, mistakes are expected and encouraged, psychological safety is present at all times, and you have the opportunity to expand your leadership through thought-partnerships, practice, and guidance.
While there is a structure to each session, the "agenda is in the room". That is, there is no set agenda - instead I choose to tailor each experience to the real-world challenges and aspirations of the Trailblazers present.
