You will walk out of the Intensive with ...

  • Lasting relationships with other Trailblazer leaders, who will continue to push you to achieve bigger and better things
  • The opportunity to continue your growth through 1:1 coaching with Niiamah

You and up to 10 Trailblazers will participate in...

  • Group, partner, and individual development exercises, facilitated by Niiamah
  • Rotations in the “hot seat” for 1:1 coaching with Niiamah (at least one opportunity per person)
  • Exercises to help define your vision and tangible next steps for you as a leader
  • Opportunities to build relationships with fellow leaders, both throughout the day and at a group dinner closing off the event

This experience is NOT for the settler, the dabbler, or the dweller.

This is a room specifically curated such that each person is an action taker in their own right.

We should each (myself included) be a little bit inspired and a little bit intimidated by the others in the room.

As such, there is a high bar to entry. You can’t buy your way into this experience.

Here’s a minimum investment for the Next Level Intensive

  • Financial investment: $997 ; Super early bird – $497)

    • Duration: 9 am – 5pm each day
    • Optional group evening experience on day 1 starting around 7:00 pm

    • Lunch is not provided either day, but there will be time for lunch and breaks throughout the experience.

  • Energy investment: You’ll be playing out of your typical zones of comfort and excellence. You’ll be invited to play at a whole new level to the extent that you are committed to your own growth.

The Agenda is "in the room"

What that means is that, while there is a structure and framework in place for the experience, the learning objectives and corresponding activies, coaching, and conversations will be set by you and the others in the room around the areas of highest growth when it comes to your next level.

Prior to the intensive, you will receive a pre-intensive questionnaire to help you capture what your opportunities, challenges, fears, dreams, and expressions surround your next level. I’ll then create a bespoke program for you – because at the level everyone in that room is playing, a “cookie-cutter” or “7 steps to riches” process won’t serve you powerfully.

Step 2: To maintain the integrity of the intention of creating an experience where you can be the LEAST INTERESTING PERSON in the room, I review all applications personally. You will be notified in 1-3 business days via email of the status of the application and next steps.

Step 3: If you are selected to continue to the next step, you will receive a special invite to collaborate with me on a video conference where we will begin immediate and complimentary coaching, discuss your goals, and assess our compatibility for additional coaching and community involvement.

Important: One of my primary life distinctions is to SERVE rather than PLEASE. If I feel this experience won’t serve you for now, I will be honest and explore other ways to serve you. This may include video resources, an invite-only experience session, a different way for us to co-create, or even referring you to other people who could serve you more fully right now.
