Join Niiamah (@niiamahashong) and John Nieuwenburg. John is seventy-two. He keeps twenty-five to thirty clients, works three and a half days a week, and turns the rest away. He tripled the business after 2018 and then chose to stop.

This session sits on the order of operations most leaders run backwards. Decide the life. Work out what would have to be true about the business for that life to exist. Build only that. It also names what stops leaders from doing it, and it is not the plan.
